Alvaro Campins
President
Since 1983 Mr. Campins has founded, started and owned several companies in Venezuela, USA, Dominican Republic, Panama, and Bahamas – covering, refining, storing, trading and blending of different petroleum products, such as asphalt, solvents, diesel, jet fuel and fuel oil.
Mr. Campins has a degree in Economics issued by the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.

Brian Orr
VP
Mr. Orr has worked in Wealth Management for several major US investment banks. In addition Mr. Orr has capital markets experience and has advised middle market companies through various debt and equity transactions including the sale of companies to both strategic and financial buyers. Mr. Orr’s entrepreneurial interest has led him to make several investments in private industrial companies. In late 2010, following the financial decline, Mr. Orr purchased a transportation company based in Atlanta Georgia. Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions the company has grown substantially since its purchase and operates multiple companies under the name Drive Stewart. Mr. Orr’s was one of the first companies in Georgia to use LNG alternative fuel in a duel fuel system in heavy duty transportation. Mr. Orr sees numerous opportunities for continued growth in transportation and logistics.
Mr. Orr studied Economics at Furman University.

Terrence F. Durkin, Esq
VP
Dr. Durkin has been a licensed attorney for over twenty years with an emphasis on corporate and regulatory issues. Durkin began his career in the Cook County States Attorney’s Office and has also been appointed Special Assistant Attorney General in Illinois.

Joseph W Dickey

Mr. Dickey has held several positions in the power generation industry – Vice President of Power Resources, Vice President of Nuclear Operation of Florida Power & Light Company, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Mr. Dickey has a degree in M.S Civil Engineering and a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr Otaola has founded and run several companies, in Venezuela and USA, related to asphalt and solvent plants operations, as well as maritime, shipping, storage and transportation.

Yvan Martinez
Administrative Director
Mr. Martinez is the founder and president of Capital Companies since 2006 and as such oversees all of the operations and strategy decisions for the company on a day-to-day basis. He has expertise in marketing, real estate, legal, and executive positions.
Mr. Martinez had a degree in Marketing from the Instituto Superior Universitario de Mercadotecnia, a Law degree from Universidad Santa Maria, a Paralegal degree from the University of Miami, and is a licensed realtor in the state of Florida.

Carlos Gamboa
Marketing Director
Mr. Gamboa is the founder of Carib Petroleum Inc. and Oilnet Corporation. His international business experience has allowed him to acquire an in-depth understanding of oil marketing and trading, financial and banking negotiations, as well as superior management skills while living and working in several different locations around Europe, North and South America.
Mr. Carlos Gamboa studied Economics & Business Administration at Tulsa University in Oklahoma.

His cumulative work experience has proportioned him with knowledge of carbon credits, fertilizer production, electrical generation, industrial production processes, logistics, finance and machine learning.
Mr. Campins has a degree in Economics from UCLA and a Masters in Innovation and Territorial Competitiveness from Deusto University, in San Sebastian, Spain.
